Description
Add a soft and cosy touch to your room with our Silver Contemporary Floor Accent. Made from super-soft polyester, it has a thick pile that feels comfortable underfoot. The shaggy texture adds warmth and interest to plain floors without making the room feel too busy. Place it beside the bed, in front of a sofa, or near a reading chair. It can also work well in bedrooms, living rooms, dressing areas, and relaxing corners. Its soft texture makes it a practical choice for creating a more comfortable floor space.
The Shaggy High-Pile Faux Hide Rug works well with modern and simple interiors. Pair it with cream, beige, white, grey, brown, or black furniture for a balanced look. Natural wood pieces can also complement its soft texture and cosy appearance. Add cushions, throws, or warm lighting to create a comfortable setting around the rug. You can place it over a hard floor to bring more softness to the room. Keep nearby décor simple if you want the shaggy texture to remain the main feature.
Need a cosy floor detail for a bedroom or living area? The Silver Contemporary Floor Accent can help create a warm and inviting corner. Use it beside the bed for a softer surface when getting up each morning. In the living room, place it near the sofa or beneath a small seating area. You can also use it in a dressing area or reading corner. Pair it with simple furniture and neutral colours for a calm setting. Its thick texture adds comfort while giving the room a soft and relaxed feel.

How to clean and maintain rugs?
-
Regular Vacuuming: Vacuum your rug weekly to remove dust and dirt. Use a vacuum with adjustable suction to prevent damage to delicate fibers.
-
Spot Cleaning: For spills or stains, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid scrubbing, as it can push the stain deeper into the fibers.
-
Mild Cleaning Solutions: Use a gentle rug cleaner diluted with water for tougher stains. Test a small, hidden area first to ensure colorfastness.
-
Rotate Periodically: Rotate your rug every few months to ensure even wear and prevent areas from fading due to sunlight.
-
Prevent Wear and Tear: Place rug pads underneath to avoid slipping and to reduce friction with the floor.
-
Deep Clean Annually: Schedule a professional rug cleaning once a year, especially for larger or high-traffic rugs, to maintain fabric quality.
-
Avoid Excess Water: When cleaning, avoid soaking the rug as excess water can weaken the backing or encourage mildew. Dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area.
-
Shield from Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade colors. Use curtains or blinds to protect your rugs.
-
Be Pet-Friendly: If you have pets, trim their nails and clean up any accidents promptly to prevent damage.
-
Store Smartly: When storing rugs, roll them with the pile facing inward and use breathable materials for protection. Avoid plastic covers to prevent moisture buildup.
