We’re happy to deliver your furniture directly to your door, saving you the hassle of collection. Whether you’ve purchased larger items, warehouse-shipped products, or cannot visit our store to pick them up, we’ve got options to suit you. Delivery charges apply.
What to Expect with Standard Delivery:
- Signatures Required: Someone must be available at your nominated delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery.
- Missed Deliveries: If no one is home during the scheduled delivery time, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery, with additional charges applying.
- Accessible Areas: Make sure doorways are wide enough, and stairwells or elevators can accommodate your delivery. Hallways, staircases, and driveways should be clear of obstacles.
For upstairs deliveries, please notify the store when arranging your delivery.

Custom Design Orders:
For custom-designed products, delivery may take 6–12 weeks, depending on when you order.

For smaller items or our Online Exclusive products, our trusted courier partners will deliver straight to your front door. Delivery fees apply.
What’s Included:
- You’ll receive a notification via SMS or email once items are collected from our warehouse. It will include a tracking link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

- You cannot select a specific date or time for courier deliveries.
- Couriers aim to deliver your full order in one shipment, but multiple deliveries may occur for larger orders.
Contactless Delivery:
If deemed secure, couriers may leave the package unattended without a signature (authority to leave). If the location isn’t secure, redelivery or collection from a courier depot will be required, incurring additional fees.
