Description
A child's room should leave plenty of space for big ideas and little adventures. The Pink Contemporary Home Rug Collection brings a cheerful touch to that space with playful designs inspired by unicorns, spaceships, cuddly animals, and other imaginative themes. Its pink tones add warmth and personality without making the room feel too busy. Place it in a nursery, playroom, or child's bedroom to create a comfortable area where little ones can sit, play, read, draw, and enjoy their favourite activities.
The Amigo Collection Rug is designed with everyday family life in mind. Its soft surface gives children a comfortable place to spend time on the floor, whether they are building with toys, looking through books, or playing with friends. The playful patterns can also help bring a child's room together and give the space a more personal feel. Choose a design that matches your little one's interests, then pair it with colourful bedding, cushions, curtains, storage, or wall décor. The rug adds colour and texture while leaving plenty of room for the rest of the room's personality.
The Pink Contemporary Home Rug Collection can also be useful when you are creating a new nursery or refreshing an existing play area. Position it in the centre of the room to create a dedicated play space, place it beside the bed for a softer start to the morning, or use it in a reading corner where your child can settle down with a favourite book. The cheerful designs give the room a fun focal point, while the soft surface adds comfort for everyday use. With its playful character, cosy feel, and easy styling, the Amigo Collection Rug helps turn an ordinary children's room into a more inviting space for creativity, play, and everyday memories.

How to clean and maintain rugs?
-
Regular Vacuuming: Vacuum your rug weekly to remove dust and dirt. Use a vacuum with adjustable suction to prevent damage to delicate fibers.
-
Spot Cleaning: For spills or stains, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid scrubbing, as it can push the stain deeper into the fibers.
-
Mild Cleaning Solutions: Use a gentle rug cleaner diluted with water for tougher stains. Test a small, hidden area first to ensure colorfastness.
-
Rotate Periodically: Rotate your rug every few months to ensure even wear and prevent areas from fading due to sunlight.
-
Prevent Wear and Tear: Place rug pads underneath to avoid slipping and to reduce friction with the floor.
-
Deep Clean Annually: Schedule a professional rug cleaning once a year, especially for larger or high-traffic rugs, to maintain fabric quality.
-
Avoid Excess Water: When cleaning, avoid soaking the rug as excess water can weaken the backing or encourage mildew. Dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area.
-
Shield from Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade colors. Use curtains or blinds to protect your rugs.
-
Be Pet-Friendly: If you have pets, trim their nails and clean up any accidents promptly to prevent damage.
-
Store Smartly: When storing rugs, roll them with the pile facing inward and use breathable materials for protection. Avoid plastic covers to prevent moisture buildup.
